Joe was born February 19, 1954 in Mount Kisco, NY and passed away suddenly July 31, 2019. All who knew Joe understood that he was more than just a man. He was a character. A huge personality. His genuine smile and hearty handshake were only just the first impression. Storytelling and laughs would soon follow in any conversation. Making connections with people was his gift. He was an adoring husband and father, and loyal friend.
Joe was known in the Long Beach and Los Altos community as their friendly neighborhood real estate agent. What gave him true purpose, however, was volunteering his time teaching others about the Bible and sharing with them the hope for the future that it contains (John 5:28,29; Psalm 37:29). Many lives in turmoil were aided by his loving and compassionate concern coupled with comforting scriptures. His constant goal was to make everyone feel loved and appreciated.
Joe is preceded in death by his father John, mother Dorothea, sister Joan, and brother Michael. He is survived by his wife of 35 years Gay; stepson Jeffrey, his wife Robyn and their children Zachary and Addyson; daughter Danielle and son-in-law Tyler; sisters MaryAnn and Patricia, brothers John and Peter and an abundance of spiritual family members who will miss him dearly.
